Introducing the Trainspotter
A new feature has been added to Proton Radio that allows searching for specific tracks that have been played on the station. With the Trainspotter, listeners can find mixes that have played specific songs, labels, and/or artists. Additionally, labels and artists can use this new tool to see what sort of support their music is getting.
The search lets you enter an artist, track, and/or label-- and then searches Proton's vast tracklist archives for results which are returned as DJ Mixes that On Demand subscribers can tune in to immediately. Full tracklists for each mix are easily accessible with the + button. A complete list of DJ & Show supporters at the bottom of the page provide a summary of who supported the music you searched for.
Many labels may find this tool useful when promoting their music, and listeners who want to hear an upfront tune or an old classic can quickly do a search to find a mix that has it.

His radio show, called "Behaviours", aims to to put them together nicely, and his new EP on Proton Particles is an exciting new blend that is turning heads. Any deep house fan that hasn't heard of this guy yet needs to take a breather to soak this one in.
Rich atmosphere, ethnic & authentic sounding instruments, great melodies, and a very deep vibe are defining characteristics of this EP and a prime example of the sound Jay Epoch aims to capture on his Proton Particles imprint.
